Order preparation:

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. (business days) are prepared and leave our warehouse on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m., or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is at home, they may contact you or leave a notice with instructions to arrange a new delivery or collect the order at the nearest carrier branch.
