Divide the hair into 4 sections and distribute 30 ml of product strand by strand using the brush, starting from the ends and working up through the mid-lengths until completely saturated.
Massage the strands after each application and comb through.
Cover with a cap.
Place under a heat source for 20 minutes.
Remove the cap and rinse thoroughly.
Proceed with the application of Disciplina Mask.

30 ml is an indicative amount for medium/thick and medium/long hair.
