To Dilute:

Add the desired amount of Clear Tone 0-00 to the chosen shade.
Increase the amount of activating lotion proportionally, always maintaining a 1:1 mixing ratio between the cream color and the activating lotion.
Consult the instructions for use to find out the recommended mixing ratios according to the dilution level.
Shine Service:

To give hair an extra boost of shine, apply generously from root to tip (without activating lotion).
Leave on for 5-20 minutes, depending on the hair structure, and rinse well.
