Wash hair and towel-dry.
Mix Colorance Lotion Express Toning with the chosen shade in a 2:1 ratio and shake well.
Always dispense the lotion first, then add the color.
If you want to reduce the intensity of a shade or create pastel tones, add Colorance Clear to the color component (the higher the dose of Clear, the lighter the final result).
Apply with the Colorance Applicator Bottle and nozzle, and leave on for 5 minutes.
Rinse to remove excess color.
