Kit contents:

1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
2. Apply a walnut-sized amount of shampoo.
3. Gently massage the scalp and work the lather through the mid-lengths and ends.
4. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
5. Remove excess water from hair with a towel.
6. Apply the mask from mid-lengths to ends (avoiding the roots).
7. Distribute the product with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
8. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
9. Rinse thoroughly.
